Prescription Medications
Non-Returnable Items
By law, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have left the pharmacy premises. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of the medications we dispense.
Damaged or Incorrect Medications
If you receive a medication that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 281-665-8899. Please send us the proof, we will work to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the medication or issuing a refund as appropriate.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable items, such as food and drinks.
- Personal care items, Skin Care Items.
Refund Process:
- Eligible returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- For purchases made with a credit or debit card, refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
